TRY THIS MOVE! *Always start off with atleast 15-20 minutes of cardio before you do any exercises!
An ab workout I really like to do and have been doing for a while, lay on you back, feet on the ground lean up like your taking a crunch, hold it! and with your left hand touch your left ankle, than your right ankle with your right hand, left, right, left, right so on and so forth. I do 3 reps of 30 seconds each. It's working the sides of your abs to give you a nice tone.
This is my favourite snack EVER and I'm excited to share it with the world and if you haven't heard of it yet you have been definetly missing out. I remember the first time I experienced this mouth-watering goodness. I was at my friends house, and she brought out apples and peanut butter. 'Are you actually going to eat apples... with peanut butter?' 'Of course it's delicious' just me being daring I tried it and surprisingly enough, it's delicious. I am addicted to it and whenever I'm hungry, I cut up some slices from an apple, and spread some peanut butter on all of them. It's a really healthy snack and DELICIOUS.
