Fit and Food Friday

Now I don't know about you, but who doesn't like having a good butt? Unfortunatly I got a lot of what my mama gave me. I have butts and I have thighs and its hard to keep the fat off in that area. But thanks to they bless me with such great videos to keep my butt and legs looking great!

I know that people have been telling you to switch your white bread to whole wheat but I can't stress enough how much of a difference it REALLY is just by switching white to whole wheat. Did you know there is increased rate of diabetes in children who eat refined white flour? There are 30 nutrients missing in white bread. And I believe whole wheat even tastes better than white.
